About the Role
We are looking for a Fashion Buyer to curate collections that reflect TÉKU's vision for independent luxury and global craftsmanship.
Job responsibilities
As a Client Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key clients. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.
You will develop and implement client strategies, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service.
You will also be responsible for monitoring client performance, providing regular reports, and addressing any issues that arise. Your goal will be to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients.
Profile
You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in client management, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and are able to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
You are strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the fashion and luxury retail industry, and are able to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
